the etsy obsession

Okay, so I know I'm a little late to this etsy thing, and I'm probably preaching to the choir, but I'm fascinated and inspired.  I'm also getting very little done at the office, but never mind that!

I created a treasury list of some of the neat things I've stumbled across there so far, but that barely grazes the surface.  I have a great big fat "gimme" moment at every other shop.

I also added some new prints to my shop, in hopes that I'll be able to support the newfound etsy habit.  If my total amount sold ever equals my total amount spent, I'll be lucky.

Yaaay I'm so glad I found you! Thank god for etsy, huh? Your photography is looking wonderful as always. I wish you the best of luck on etsy!! I tried to email you a few months ago but it bounced.

Also.. are you on flickr? Because as far as addictions go, etsy is just the tip of the iceberg. Flickr is the most addicting thing ever. Also, speaking of addictions - I didn't know you play WoW!!! I started playing in December (a little late to the game, whatever) and love it!

I've been pretty quiet for the past few months, adjusting to a new job and work schedule... apparently my sixhours.net e-mail accounts stopped working in that time, but I think I've sorted that out. Sorry if something bounced! I switched from sunburn to caroline at sixhours.net because the former got clogged with spam. :P

I haven't tried Flickr yet... though I've browsed. Maybe soon I'll work up the nerve to jump in.

And WoW is crack, wonderful crack. T & I even got my parents into it, and we've been playing for a year or two, I think. It's turned into a family affair. What server/faction/race do you play?

I'm on Perenolde... my main is a 60 gnome mage (see here). I love playing with my bf.. but he's taking a break from it now to focus on his work (he freelances) so I really can't complain. It's just so nice to quest and run instances with him. He's a 59 dwarf hunter. What are you guys?

And seriously - you will know no addiction greater than flickr. Even as obsessed with wow as I was in the beginning, it still pales in comparison. Flickr is so great! You'll be inspired to take photos every day. It almost feels like a productive obsession for that reason. I love having a resource that makes me excited to take photographs.

My mains are a 70 undead priest and a 60 orc warlock on Earthen Ring... T plays a 67 (? I think - it's been a while) tauren druid and a 61 troll rogue, but he, too, is taking a break, so I haven't been playing as much.

Flickr could be convenient, as I know Vox will interface with them to grab photos and the like... hmm...
